Getting the OTO investigated is entire problem here from day dot. Dr Michaelson had made discoveries into an Satanic based paedophile ring operating in Victoria. One that had members associated with executive and high level political circles and even some famous celebrities. We are chasing the paper trail and will post it later. But anyone can see that the OTO were not investigated in the slightest. Yet Dr Michaelson was made to feel like she was in the wrong for speaking out.

A certain television station was pretending to assist the good Doctor out even. But it turned out they had no interest at all in helping and were probably just discerning information and building obstacles for her cause. The Victorian police have not investigated the matter. Some have even been implicated. As yet I believe a Victorian police officer ( and Christine Nixon ) still has to write an apology for calling a young girl who was the victim of sexual abuse a "little slut". Dr Michaelson was gagged in the court from ever speaking about the allegations again. That's when Gaiaguys picked up on the story and ran with it. They contacted DPP and the Attorney Generals plus dozens of other relevant authorities. All to no avail. With every white wall they banged up against they would publish the transcripts online so we could witness the corruption ourselves. They also had one of the best masonic exposure sites I have seen with the most insight into the shadowy world of guilds and secret cults. This combined with the massive daily hit rate they garnered form their website. Made them a embarassingly dangerous entity to the Masonic institution and the OTO.

The fact they are in gaol and the OTO are still to be investigated is why Dyson and Vivienne are martyrs. It was a clever move of the judicial system for them both to be trialed by a female magistrate. Masonry doesn't still allow females into it's ranks yet. ( That's enlightened of them in this day and age...Sexist pigs ) There is however the Order of the Eastern Star which is the ladies version of Masonry and we are investigating any connection. But as this whole debacle proves, it is hard to understand these guilds agendas and members while they operate so clandestinely. That is why it is so important to oust these secret societies and see exactly where they are coming from once and for all.

The Masonic nepotism is rank in this case. Anyone else with these accusations aimed at them from a registered Doctor would be investigated. Also some good news is that Dyson and Vivienne are both scheduled for their remittal hearing on the 26th or 28th of February. ( conflicting dates from corrective services opposed to VCAT ). Hopefully this will at least see them both out on bail. Loddon is a gaol specialising in prisoners affected by drug problems and mental health issues. At four people per cabin, I think I would prefer a nice quiet solitary cell on my own to just read and twiddle my thumbs. Rather than dealing with the dynamics of those problems. Dyson has not been diagnosed with any mental illness. The OTO pushed for that label in court but the judge said she couldn't justify it. He was then subjected to a mental health assessment in prison due to his "unusual beliefs" and he passed with flying colors. A blow to anyone who wished Gaiaguys theories were the stuff of delusion and fantasy. While in custody both Dyson and Vivienne are legally under the jurisdiction of the state. The government has duty of care to all it's prisoners. If either get any ill treatment from guards or other inmates. They will sue the Government for so much money that they can buy a new farm again and still have enough money to fund a hefty propoganda campaign.

On another note. We have been looking under some rocks and doing our own personal investigations into Gaiaguys statements of Satanic ritual abuse. Something is really fishy here. To be perfectly honest I think that there might be another player involved in all this. One so shadowy and secretive that no-one that knows of it's existence dare even whisper about it. The actual registered Ordo Templi Orientis that bought charges against Gaiaguys is not a group of elite status quo. Quite the opposite most are unemployed deadbeats or working in medial jobs. From the investigations we have conducted so far. I am starting to percieve that there might be another group involved in this fiasco. One that does consist of the celebrities, politicians and members of the upper echelons of society. One that has protection of the police and authorities. It was bought to my attention that in the Lashtal forum, an actual OTO member insinuated this as well. But their post was quickly removed and they were warned of libelous accusation by the moderators. It makes sense too. No group of actual practicing child molesters are going to register themselves as a religion under Crowleys lore. They may as well hang a big neon sign saying "scrutinise me" over their heads. I am beginning to explore the possiblity that there is another actual paedophile network operating under the lines of what Gaiaguys described and using Satanic based themes in their crimes. I am not going to point any fingers without solid proof though and we will keep looking in the most sordid of societies nooks and crannys till we get to the bottom of this.

FACT: 30,000 people go missing just in Australia every year. One person every 18 minutes disapears of the face of the map leaving a big gap for their family and loved ones to fill. A sobering statistic. But the more sobering question is what happened to them?

This issue is to important to ignore. It is one of those things that can cause the most hardy of spirits to cringe in revulsion. Both her and Dyson are still doing fine, yet I am afraid I can't comment to much as to what their plan of action is for two reasons. One is since I am in contact with them, it could be suggested I am speaking on their behalf. Which could add to their legal woes. The second is that we don't want the wrong people to know what is being laid in the pipeline prematurely. They will find out well enough when the time is right. *CONTACT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED*

Just recieved a letter from Dyson. It is in his unmistakable tone and style, so I can assure the reader of it's authenticity. Mind you, he pointed out again that all incoming and outgoing mail is being vetted by prison staff for obvious reasons.

He is doing fine and has been treated well. He got his first mail on the 18th Jan, 2008, which is why he took so long to respond. He has also gotten a letter from Vivienne which was great to hear. They have not seen each other since the 9th December 2007. Vivienne is also doing well. He say's both of them have fitted into the prison system without a lot of drama and it's not so bad.

They are beginning proceedings to appeal under " a fair-dinkum " legal team, who are alarmed at the situation. It won't be disclosed now who will be defending them. But soon enough it will be public record.

Against my advice, he is going to stick to his guns and not comprimise his principle's or integrity. ( I asked him to say whatever it takes to get his arse outta there... Hey, call me sellout. But it's not you in gaol is it? ) He has been granted access to his own reading library and looks forward to studying his FIGU material at night. Dyson has mentioned that at this stage financial assistance is unwelcome. He will stay in maximum security. Then he will be moved to medium in a few weeks. The same intention apparently is for Vivienne. He stated. " Jail is not bad. The foods good but the cell is cold. " The cell is 4x2 metres. What can you say for such a calibere of character? Here is his final passage word for word.

Remember all correspondence is checked by prison staff. So keep it nice and polite please. He seems to indicate that they were prepared for this, as one best can be. So at this stage they really only need a gentle gesture of good cheer, from all who wish them well. This is a fresh breeze of good news from both fronts. The main challenge was finding a solicitor that Dyson and Vivienne felt comfortable with. That seems to be achieved. Without me having a hand in it. Now onto the second phase... Getting them out.

I'll probably be offline for a while getting organised for our Vic trip. All of Gaiaguys supporters can breathe a little easier tonight. Unless he wrote the letter with a standard corrective services baton waving above his head menacingly. He is doing fine and has adjusted quite well to doing his porridge. Lets all hope now that they don't have a chance to get to comfortable and are freed quick smart.

Hopefully linked below is the Court orders from the November the 28th, 2007 VCAT hearing.

Just a quick run through them. In the complainants column it indicates OTO & Anor. ( Anor abbreviates for another )... The plot thickens. As the orders go, number 1 is self explanatory. Number 2 means that both Dyson and Vivienne have every right, which they will be excercising ASAP I hope, to appeal the sentence handed to them. Number 3 means that they have been ordered to pay for the OTO's legal cost and the court cost. At the bottom is the proof that they recieved no legal representation at all. Still no word from Dyson or Vivienne so we have sent in someone to look for them. I have been making the error of reporting some details before the fact sometimes and it doesn't help grease the wheels of Government departmental communication. We are willing to publish a full, open, public apology after the Ordo Templi Orientis have been completely investigated and found innocent. ( Including the individuals up in the status quo that have been mentioned ). Until then I am going to keep being a real thorn in the OTO's side. I was already one for the Freemasons so it's nothing new to them. Let them bring me to court if they dare. Between me using it as a soapbox for my anti-Masonic rhetoric and a pivot on the principles of free speech between religious view-points. The OTO won't get any outcome from such an action but grief. I learnt from my Parliamentary security training not to bother trying to start an open activist group. The Government will plant a stooge in the ranks and they will know everything you are planning. Plus try to break up the group with in-fighting, disinformation and mistrust. We are organised like the old Phantom comics model. One "singleton" at a time causing outspoken mayhem for the establishment. If one person falls, then another steps up to take their place. So far it has worked a charm. Also if you think I'm a pain in the glutes. Wait till we get Dyson and Vivienne back out, up and operating. The best thing the OTO can do now. Is to drop all charges against Gaiaguys and welcome a complete, independent investigation into their organisation. Otherwise we are just going to get it the hard way.

Let's all hope for some good new's quickly. The not knowing of Vivienne and Dyson's safety is very uncomfortable to say the least. Hope to post soon with the OK. Sorry Evil Freemason guy. It's been a busy day and I just understood your post. Finally... A white Mason comes forward to show his quality. Gaiaguys was the first to admit that not all Freemasons are inherently evil and most join initially from a healthy, positive perspective of what they are in for. It is not until the higher levels doe's the vows of protection and perjury, ( unless for treason or foul murder ), come into it. Though you'll have to excuse me for not supplying my details, I'm a shy sort. Yet as far as contributing your help and point of view to Gaiaguys situation. You are most welcome. We are on the same page as far as the plan of action and I believe your advice is on the level. Dyson and Vivienne have both been advised to go mute till we get a lawyer present. I personally would welcome you to help. Just for the sake of white Masonry proving a point. But for Petes sake don't introduce yourself to them as evil Mason guy. In fact it's best you save that pearl till once you get them out.

Let's all put things into perspective. I am getting no divine messages or talking to any aliens.
