To celebrate, heres a video from the boys at The Chasers War on Everything, dealing with the security at APEC. It cracks me up that people just blindly do everything he's saying, even when its completely retarded.

Update: LOL, the guys got a bit too cheeky today and drove into the area in a motorcade flying the canadian flag, straight through 2 security checkpoints with no problems. It wasn't until Chas stepped out dressed as Osama Bin Laden just meters from Bush's hotel that they got noticed and arrested. I think its hilarious that even with all this over the top security all they had to do is look the part and drive straight in. With the laws in place surrounding APEC these guys could potentially face 6 years in jail for this little prank..

Hopefully somebody with a sense of humour will look realise this was a harmless, non-violent prank and let the boys go. With all the snipers and paranoia about they're lucky nobody got shot today.

The real issue here should be why and how a "Canadian" motorcade got waved through 2 checkpoints (I don't think Canada is represented at APEC), and within car-bomb distance of the hotel. But whats the bet that gets ignored, with all the money, effort and fuss they put into security that'd just be embarrassing :oP
